Give the office a call, text or email if you cannot make it, so that we can offer your place to another participant! Our cancellation policy is in effect for these sessions; if you no call/no show or cancel under 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of $20 for the missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and timely notice, so that we can offer any open spaces to other patients who may be able to attend instead.
We are upstairs from Daddy’s Plants and Mortalis Brewing- a flight of stairs is required to get up to our office space. Elevator coming soon!
Community Acupuncture with Jenny

These group acupuncture sessions are the perfect chance to pop in and get some powerful support for your soothing your nervous system, managing pain, boosting your immune system, and more.
This group acupuncture session will be led by Jenny Flanigan, L.Ac. Come sink into relaxation with us in our spacious studio, and give your nervous system some much needed TLC. Sliding scale, from $20-45. Pay what you can! Preregistration required. These are small groups, limited to 3 participants at the moment. Treatment will take place on comfortable zero gravity chairs in our spacious studio room.
Open to all who are established acupuncture patients of BPHAC- meaning you have had an Initial Acupuncture follow up done with one of our providers before, or have had a follow up within the past 2 years.
Cash, card, or check can be taken at the door- any amount starting at $20-$45, whatever you feel is reasonable for you, is greatly appreciated.
How do Community sessions differ from 1:1 care?
While 1:1 care is where the majority of our clinic’s focus and progress on patient’s concerns are made, the importance of community sessions is huge! We definitely working it into your maintenance schedule.
1:1 Care
- Only you and your practitioner in the room, more privacy
- More fine tuned & specific in treatments. We can address general nervous system conerns as well as more complicated symptoms, pain, and dysfunction
- We can utilize acupuncture points over the whole body, as your practitioner deems fit
- Higher price point due to amount of time & personalized treatment
- Can include bodywork like cupping, heat therapy, gua sha, or personalized herbal formulas
Community/Group
- Treatment happens in a communal space! Usually in chairs, with a few other participants
- Great for addressing general nervous system work: anxiety, sleep concerns, immune boosting, and depression
- Acupuncture points usually just on the ears- a powerful microcosm of the body!
- Sessions at BPHAC are sliding scale, starting at $20
- No bodywork or herbal formulas
