Massage Therapy

Massage therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body.  Our licensed massage therapists (LMT) are trauma informed and understand the connection of the nervous system to the body.  They work to treat root causes rather than just treating symptoms.  We may recommend additional complimentary treatments to support healing of certain conditions.

Common diagnosis treated with massage therapy include:

  • Muscle & joint tension and stiffness
  • Chronic pain (e.g., back pain, neck pain)
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Sports injuries
  • Postural imbalances
  • Range of motion limitations
  • Insomnia and sleep disturbances
  • Fibromyalgia symptoms
  • Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction
  • Circulation problems
  • Digestive issues (e.g., constipation)
  • Soft tissue injuries (e.g., sprains, strains)
  • Repetitive strain injuries (e.g., carpal tunnel )
