Massage Therapy

As a licensed massage therapist, Candice’s optimistic outlook provides wellness through massage that enriches her client’s state of being.

Candice’s deliberate and focused approach to the myofascial network helps reduce stress and pain and promotes relaxation of the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps run life-sustaining processes, like digestion, when one feels safe and relaxed.

Like the body, mind, and spirit, the myofascial network works synergistically to contribute to one’s overall well-being. Candice can cater your massage to any style you prefer, but has a specialty for craniosacral work.

Available in 1 hour or 90 minute sessions. A classic massage, blending a variety of approaches and pressure, depending on your needs and goals for that session. Great for addressing general or acute aches and pains, as well as allowing your nervous system to rest & reset.

Available in 1 hour or 90 minute sessions. A blend of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and classic massage approaches. This approach releases deeply set tension, and addresses the central nervous system to help the body relax through very gentle touch and “holds”. CST works to asssess and adjust the fluid that protects your brain and spinal cord, to help your nervous system operate more smoothly.

Massage therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body.  Our licensed massage therapist (LMT) is trauma informed and understands the connection of the nervous system to the body.  They work to treat root causes rather than just treating symptoms.  We may recommend additional complimentary treatments to support healing of certain conditions.
